A woman killed in a crash when a car hit a bridge on the A12 in Essex has been named by police.

Mafalda Sofia Do Nascimento Pio, 34, of Bramford Lane, Ipswich, died in the crash at Dedham on 26 September.

Two other occupants in the car, both from Ipswich, were taken to separate hospitals with serious injuries.

A 50-year-old man from Ipswich was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and has been released on police bail.
