Missing Colchester boy found safe and well

A 13-year-old boy from Essex, who went missing - prompting a major police search involving the force helicopter - has been found safe and well.

James Chambers disappeared from his home in Fordham Heath, Colchester, on Tuesday evening.

Police dog units and a force helicopter were involved in the search, while officers carried out house-to-house inquiries and searched the River Colne.

But the boy has now been found by police and returned to his family.
