Four people have been charged in connection with a burglary at a cannabis factory at an Essex industrial unit where a man's body was discovered.

Tran Duy Hai, 38, a Vietnamese farmer, was found at the site in Redhills Road, South Woodham Ferrers, last December.

He died from injuries suffered when he fell from a skylight in the roof.

The four men have each been charged with conspiring to commit burglary and to steal cannabis on 9 December and also conspiring to supply cannabis.

They are due before Chelmsford Magistrates' Court later.

Mr Tran was identified through fingerprint records in Vietnam.

Essex Police said inquiries were still continuing into the circumstances surrounding his death.

They have renewed appeals for anyone with information to contact them.
