Great Dunmow man charged over cyclist's death

A 19-year-old driver has been charged over the death of a cyclist in a collision in Essex in October 2010.

A man from Great Dunmow, who was 18 at the time of the crash, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving. He has been given police bail.

Nicholas Cherrill, 57, of Great Leighs, was killed when his bicycle was in collision with a Vauxhall Corsa on the old A130 road at Ford End.

The car driver will appear before Chelmsford Magistrates on 24 June.
