A man being sought by police over a burglary at a cannabis factory in Essex where the body of a man was discovered, has been arrested.

Tran Duy Hai, 38, a Vietnamese farmer, was found at the site in Redhills Road, South Woodham Ferrers, last December.

He died from injuries suffered when he fell from a skylight in the roof.

Stephen Morrison, 22, from London, was arrested on Sunday and has been charged with burglary, drugs offences and failing to surrender to police bail.

Mr Morrison is due before magistrates in Chelmsford later.

Six men were jailed last Thursday after admitting burglary and drug supply charges in connection with the break-in and theft of 6,000 cannabis plants at the Essex warehouse in December 2010.

Mr Tran was identified a month after his death through fingerprint records held in Vietnam.

It is thought he entered the UK illegally, probably in 2008.
