A lorry driver arrested after a crash which closed the on the A12 in Essex has been told he will not be prosecuted.

A 15-mile (24km) stretch of the A12, between Boreham and Marks Tey, was closed when a fruit lorry overturned at about 01:00 BST on 7 October.

The driver was arrested on suspicion of careless driving and drink or drug driving.

He has been released from any bail conditions, said Essex Police.
