A man has been arrested in connection with the theft of "rare" beer worth about £50,000 from an Essex warehouse.

A gang stole 16,000 bottles of BrewDog beers from Ales by Mail in Radford Way, Billericay, by driving them away in a lorry on 30 December.

The varieties taken were only available online or from specialist wholesalers.

Essex Police said a 22-year-old man from east London was arrested on suspicion of burglary and had been bailed until 1 April.
