M25 death crash: Suspect released into custody from hospital

A man arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following a fatal collision on the M25 has been released from hospital.

The 25-year-old is now being questioned at Harlow Police Station.

A man believed to be aged 39 and from Leicester was killed in the collision, which happened at about 01:50 GMT on Tuesday near Waltham Abbey.

A 33-year-old man, also from Leicester, has also been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
