Clacton fight-death murder victim named by police

A man killed in a fight in which two others were injured in Clacton has been named by police as James Gregoire.

The 54-year-old died after being stabbed at Rosemary Road at about 23:45 BST on Monday 13 April and Essex Police launched a murder inquiry.

A 21-year-old man arrested in the resort town on Tuesday on suspicion of murder is being treated in hospital.

A post-mortem examination revealed Mr Gregoire died from several stab wounds to the upper body.

No details of the two injured men were released by police.
