£5K worth of copper piping stolen from Frampton firm

Thieves have stolen £5,000 worth of copper piping from a boiler repair company near Stroud.

The burglary happened overnight last Wednesday at the firm's compound in The Green, Frampton-on-Severn.

A padlock on an outside store was broken and 47 three-metre (9.8ft) lengths of pipe - with diameters of 28mm, 35mm, 42mm and 54mm - were taken.

Anyone with information about the theft of the pipes is asked to contact Gloucestershire Police.
