Stroud High School wins 'e-safety' award

A Gloucestershire school has received an award for its work to tackle cyber bullying and online dangers.

Stroud High School has been given the "e-safety mark" by the South West Grid for Learning for its work to encourage safe use of the internet.

Assistant head Cindy Pride said it had taken two years to achieve the award because of the work which needed to be done to educate students.

The school has been invited to showcase its work at a regional ICT conference.
