Cheltenham road works parking ban begins

A temporary ban on parking in two Cheltenham streets while road works take place has begun.

Upper Bath Street has been closed to traffic between 07:30 BST and 18:30 BST, while Commercial Street has also been closed overnight, during the work.

Gloucestershire County Council said vehicles parked during this time would be removed by Gloucestershire Highways.

The resurfacing work to repair the pot-holed and damaged roads is due to last until Friday.
