Cheltenham man arrested after fatal collision on A417
A 60-year-old from Gloucestershire has been arrested following a collision in which a motorcyclist was killed.
The van driver, from Cheltenham, was arrested on suspicion of driving while over the drink-drive limit and causing death by dangerous driving.
He was released on police bail until 18 November.
A 53-year-old man, from Banbury, died at the scene after his Yamaha was in collision with a Nissan van on the A417 in Hartpury on Saturday.
The road was closed for more than four hours while the emergency services worked at the scene.
