Fairford town flooding plans go on display

Plans to protect a Gloucestershire town from flooding are to go on display.

The Environment Agency will display the plans for Fairford which is considered at "high risk" of flooding from the River Coln.

The agency said it hoped residents would provide views and ideas about the proposals to "shape" the current plans.

The plans, which will not address highway or groundwater flooding, will be displayed at Fairford Community Centre between 15:00 and 19:00 BST.
