Thousands of Cheltenham Town fans who travelled to London to see their team play in the FA Cup were disappointed after they lost to Tottenham Hotspur.

More than 5,000 Cheltenham Town fans watched as the team lost 3-0 at White Hart Lane.

The side took on the Premier League team in one of the biggest matches in the League Two club's history.

The FA Cup third round tie was the largest crowd Cheltenham Town have ever played in front of.

The match sold out, with more than 35,000 tickets sold.

The 5,000 Robins fans attending the match account for nearly 5% of the town's population.
