Jail sentence for 100mph car chase driver

3 February 2014 Last updated at 22:05 GMT

A man has been jailed for two-and-a-half years after taking police on two high-speed car chases over six months.

Christopher Wright, 24, from the Forest of Dean, was first arrested in July after being caught driving at more than 100mph. While awaiting sentencing for that offence, he was caught speeding again last month.

The judge told Wright it was only by chance that he had not killed anyone.
