Boy seriously injured in Havant motorcycle accident
An 11-year-old pedestrian who was hit by a motorcycle in Hampshire is in a serious condition in intensive care.
The boy, from the Havant area, was knocked down by the bike in Southleigh Road, Havant, on Friday afternoon.
He was taken to the Queen Alexandra Hospital but later transferred to a specialist unit at Southampton General Hospital. The rider was unhurt.
The road was shut for more than three hours while investigations were carried out. Officers appealed for information.
