Biker named after M3 fatal collision in Hampshire

A man who died in a collision involving three cars in Hampshire has been named.

Krasimir Hristov Tanchev, 53, from Basingstoke, died on the M3 between junctions 5 and 6 at midnight on Friday when he came off his motorbike.

Police said the circumstances into the collision were not yet fully known and investigations were continuing.

A 29-year-old man from Dorset was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and has been bailed until December.
