Police have released an e-fit image of a man they want to trace after a girl was attacked in a Hampshire park.

The 15-year-old victim was left with a broken wrist after being assaulted in Aldershot Park in Guildford Road, Aldershot, as she walked to school.

Police said a man shouted at the teenager before grabbing her arm and punching her face, giving her a nose bleed.

The attack happened at 0845 GMT on Monday 20 September.

The attacker is described as white, aged between 18 and 19, about 6ft tall, of skinny build, with short dark hair and wearing a white hooded top and blue jeans.

Pc David Carpenter, of Hampshire Constabulary, said: "This was an unprovoked attack on the victim as she walked to school and there would have been other people in the area who may have seen what happened."
