Taxi driver robbed at knifepoint in Portsmouth

A taxi driver was robbed at knifepoint by two men and a woman in Portsmouth.

The driver was standing by his taxi, on Washington Road when he was approached by the robbers who threatened him with a knife then stole money from him.

He was not injured but was left "extremely shaken from his ordeal", on Monday morning, Det Con Rachael Hannam, of Hampshire Constabulary said.

Police are appealing to anyone who saw two black men and a white woman in the Buckland area at about 09:20 BST.
