Arrests after Isle of Wight suspected poisoning death
Two men were arrested after another man died from suspected poisoning on the Isle of Wight.
Officers were called to an address in Albany Road, East Cowes, last Friday night, a police spokesman said.
Paul Rowsell, 41, was pronounced dead at the scene. A post-mortem examination was inconclusive and further toxicology tests are being carried out.
Two men, aged 40 and 37, were arrested on Monday on suspicion of administering poison with intent to endanger life.
They were released on bail until 6 February pending further inquiries.
Both the victim and the arrested men are from East Cowes.
