Southampton Airport flight delays after ground collision
Flights at Southampton Airport were delayed earlier following a minor collision between two planes.
As a Glasgow-bound plane was being pushed on the taxiway, its tail clipped the stationary Manchester-bound aircraft, causing minor damage.
Both flights were delayed for between two and three hours as Flybe organised alternative planes.
The airline apologised for the delays, and said its engineers were assessing the damaged aircraft.
The BE880 plane to Glasgow was delayed by two hours and 55 minutes and the BE861 plane to Manchester was delayed by an hour and 45 minutes.
