Second man charged over Southampton leg shooting
A second man has been charged in connection with a shooting in Southampton.
Police were called to a Tesco store in Bitterne on 19 February where a man was receiving treatment for a leg wound.
Malachi Augustus Francis, 26, of Lympstone Gardens, south east London, was arrested on Friday.
He was charged on Saturday night with causing grievous bodily harm and possession of a firearm to cause fear of violence, police said.
He will appear before Southampton magistrates on Monday.
A second man has already appeared before magistrates in connection with the incident.
Calvin Lawrence is charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and being in possession of a firearm to cause fear of violence.
The 25-year-old, from Peckham, London, was remanded to appear at the court on 23 April.
