Mark Edwards, 50, named as motorcyclist killed near M3

A motorcyclist killed in a crash near the M3 last week has been described as a "loving husband and father".

Mark Edwards, 50, died following a serious crash with an articulated lorry on the A331 near junction 4 of the M3 on Thursday morning.

The collision on the A331 towards Farnham happened just before 05:30 BST.

A 52-year-old man from Southampton arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving has been bailed until 20 August.

Mr Edwards, from Frimley Road, Camberley, died shortly after arrival at Frimley Park Hospital.

In a statement, his family said: "Mark was a hard working, loving husband and father.

"His life was dedicated to his family and providing the best life he could for them.

"Mark will be greatly missed not only by his wife, sons and daughter but by his many friends and colleagues."
