The retrial of three people accused of murdering a man whose burnt body was found in a bin has been set for April.

The body of Jamie Dack, 22, was dumped in an industrial bin in Southampton and set alight over Easter weekend.

The original trial at Winchester Crown Court of Ryan Woodmansey, 31, Andrew Dwyer-Skeats, 26, and Donna Chalk, 21, was halted for legal reasons.

Lee Nichols, 28, has already pleaded guilty to murder and will be sentenced following the retrial.

The three defendants are also accused of perverting the course of justice by disposing of the body and cleaning up the scene of the killing.

The retrial at Winchester Crown Court is expected to begin on 9 April.
