Ringwood A31 road safety call after fatal crash

Councillors have renewed their calls for safety measures on a stretch of road in Hampshire where a teenager died in a crash on Sunday.

Sixteen-year-old Jade Clark from Ringwood was riding her scooter on the A31 between Ringwood and the Ashley Heath roundabout. Police believe several cars were involved in the collision.

Ringwood town councillors have identified problems including short slip roads, poor signage and congestion causing hazards.
