Friends raise charity cash in 26,000-mile challenge

A group of friends in their seventies are undertaking a 26,000-mile challenge to raise money for charity.

Under the banner 'Heaven Can Wait, I'm Busy' the four-strong group from Hampshire are driving two off-road cars through 16 countries in the next six months.

The retired friends are led by Les Carvall from Everton in The New Forest.

They plan to raise money for charities Save The Children and Lymington-based Oakhaven Hospice on their adventure, called The Ultimate Challenge.
