A man has denied supplying drugs following the death of a teenager at a music festival in Hampshire.

Robert Boulton, 22, of Goodymoor Avenue in Wells, Somerset, appeared at Winchester Crown Court charged with supply of a controlled class C drug.

He was arrested by police investigating the death of Ellie Rowe, 18, from Glastonbury in Somerset.

The teenager fell ill at the Boomtown Fair, near Winchester, on 8 August after taking ketamine with a friend.

She was taken to Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester, but pronounced dead on arrival.

Mr Boulton has been bailed until his next appearance at the same court on 26 June.
