More than £2,300 has been raised to support the search for a man who went missing on a stag weekend in Prague.

Karl Law, 34, from Fareham, Hampshire, did not return from a night out for his cousin's stag do in the Czech capital on Saturday, 15 November.

Friends organised a disco on Friday and another fundraiser was due to take place at Fareham Town football club on Sunday.

His cousin Lee Cross said the support the family had received was "amazing".

"The people of Fareham have been outstanding," he said.

"Not just Fareham, we have people all over the south of England raising money."

Mr Cross, who has said he will cancel his wedding on 29 December if his cousin is not found, has spent the last week with other friends and family in Prague searching for Mr Law, a builder.

Mr Law's family have launched a campaign on Facebook and Twitter to try to find him.
