Men released without charge in Isle of Wight sex offence inquiry
Thirteen men including three police officers arrested over serious sexual offences on the Isle of Wight have been released without charge.
They were arrested after information from a female member of the public relating to alleged incidents in 2014.
The Crown Prosecution Service said there was a lack of supporting evidence and no further action will be taken.
The officers, who were suspended, no longer face disciplinary action and will return to work later this year.
They were arrested along with three others in December, a further seven men were arrested in February.
The police investigation was scrutinised by the Independent Police Complaints Commission and there was a voluntary review by Thames Valley Police.
