Two arrested over theft of Ringwood club's water sports boat

Two people have been arrested following the theft of a new boat specially adapted to allow disabled people to take part in water sports.

The £65,000 Centurion Carbon Pro boat was stolen from Ellingham Waterski and Wakeboard Club, near Ringwood in Hampshire, overnight on 28 March

It was recovered by police two days later.

A 59-year-old man and and 50-year-old woman from Poole were held on suspicion of theft and bailed until June.

The specially-equipped craft was found intact by police in a hangar at a disused industrial site in West End, Southampton.
