Robbers who used a knife and an air gun to demand cash from a bank in Hampshire are being sought by police.

Lloyds Bank in Liphook was targeted just after 16:00 BST on Monday by two men wearing hoodies.

During the attempted raid, a man was shot in the face with the air rifle and stabbed. He was taken to hospital but has since been discharged.

The men, described as slim and between 5ft 7ins (1.7m) and 6ft (1.8m) tall, fled the scene empty-handed.
