Passengers escape Rufus Stone coach blaze

Dozens of passengers have escaped a coach that caught fire on the A31 in the New Forest.

The blaze broke out as the coach travelled on the westbound carriageway near Rufus Stone shortly after 09:00 BST.

A spokesman for coach company, Wheelers, said all passengers got out safely and no-one was injured.

One lane remains shut following the blaze which has caused traffic congestion to junction 3 of the M27.
