Man killed in Herefordshire tractor crash named

A man who died in a collision between two cars and a tractor has been named.

Jack Slater Mackenzie, 18, of Herefordshire, died at the scene of the accident, on the B4348, near Kingstone on Friday evening.

He was a passenger in a Vauxhall Corsa. The Corsa driver remains in hospital with hand injuries.

The tractor driver was uninjured as was a Punto driver also involved in the collision. Police said inquiries were ongoing.

Mr Mackenzie had recently lived in the Peterchurch area.
