Farm worker killed in accident in Herefordshire

A worker has been killed at a farm near Burghill in Herefordshire.

The man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene after West Mercia Police were called to the farm at 0423 BST.

It is believed he was killed when a corn roller fell on top of him. The police are not treating his death as suspicious.

A joint investigation with the police and Health and Safety Executive will take place to try to find out what happened.
