Man in court over stabbing murder in Ross-on-Wye

A man has pleaded not guilty to murdering a 30-year-old man in Herefordshire.

Chef James Ball was found with stab wounds in a property in Copse Cross Street in Ross-on-Wye in March. He died later in hospital.

Christopher Vivian, 22, from Copse Croft Street, denied a charge of murder when he appeared at Birmingham Crown Court on Monday.

He was remanded in custody to appear at Worcester Crown Court in January.
