Five rescued from Malvern flats fire
Five people were led to safety when fire broke out in a block of flats in Worcestershire.
Crews were called to Duke of Edinburgh Way, in Malvern, at about 22:50 BST on Monday.
Three of the six flats in the building were occupied as the fire broke out, and five people were helped out.
Nobody was injured but residents needed alternative accommodation after the flats were found to be structurally unsafe.
Station Commander Phil Major said: "The fire was largely confined to the roof space, although there was also damage to the first floor flats where the ceilings had fallen through."
Fire investigators are now working with police to establish how the blaze started.
