Police hurt when van overturns in Worcester collision

Two police officers have been taken to hospital after their van overturned in a collision with a car in Worcester.

The West Mercia Police van was responding to an emergency call out when it collided with a car in London Road at about 03:20 BST.

Two officers have been treated in hospital for minor injuries.

Part of the London Road was closed and reopened at about 06:00 BST. A man has been arrested in connection with the crash. No-one else was seriously hurt.
