The family of a 22-year-old Worcester woman who died when her car hit a tree have described her as a "lovely affectionate girl".

Justine Miskimmin, from Wylds Lane, was killed in the accident on the A44 Evesham Road in Egdon on Sunday.

Her family said: "She loved music and was a brilliant drummer, being part of a local band."

Police said they are investigating the accident but do not believe there were any other cars involved.

Miss Miskimmin, who worked as a deputy manager at a supermarket, died from her injuries at the scene.

PC Ian Sweeney said: "This is a very sad incident in which a young woman has lost her life.

"We would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision or arrived at the scene shortly afterwards and that not yet spoken to police."
