The project, which could cost between £1.5m and £2m will see work carried out to the Whittington roundabout in Worcester.
It links the A4440 Crookbarrow Way, A4440 Worcester, A44 and Whittington village and is known for delays.
Plans will be displayed at St Philip and St James Parish Church in Worcester from noon until 19:00 GMT.
Residents will also be able to speak to council officers about the project between 12:00 - 14:00 and between 17:00 and 19:00 GMT.
The project is due to start early next year and is part of the Worcester Transport Strategy.
