Police investigating the death of a man in a fire in Worcester have made a fresh appeal for witnesses.

It has been almost three weeks since Andrew Heath, aged 52, was found dead in his burnt-out flat in the Warndon area of the city.

His death is being treated as murder, as police believe the fire was started deliberately.

Two people have been arrested in connection with the murder inquiry, but no-one has yet been charged.

West Mercia Police said they were currently reassessing witness statements and CCTV images, and that they wanted anyone who knew Mr Heath, or was in the Chedworth Close area in the early hours of 14 December, to get in touch.
