Pershore teenager Scott Holden died of brain tumour

A 16-year-old boy from Worcestershire found dead on Christmas Eve died after suffering an epileptic fit and a brain tumour, an inquest has heard.

Scott Holden died of natural causes at his Pershore home, Worcestershire Coroner Geraint Williams recorded.

Scott went to Pershore High School and played football for Drakes Broughton Rangers under-16s.

Earlier this month about 500 people attended a game at Pershore Town Football Club in his memory.

The match, which raised more than £1,500 for the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, is now set to become an annual fixture.
