Man charged over motorcyclist Diana Burgess death
A man has been charged with causing the death of a motorcyclist in October in Worcestershire.
Mother-of-three Diana Burgess, 40, from Evesham, died when her Kawazaki 650CC collided with a car on the A46 between Beckford and Ashton under Hill.
A man in his 40s, from Bristol, was arrested following the crash on 16 October.
West Mercia Police said he had now been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
He is due to appear at Worcester Magistrates' Court on 19 February. He has been released on bail until then.
Mrs Burgess, who was originally from Nijmegen, Holland, was described after her death as "loved and treasured by all who knew her" by her husband Kevin. The couple had three young daughters.
