Karen Wild killing: Son Lian Wild given hospital order

A man has been detained indefinitely for stabbing his mother to death in a Worcestershire village.

Lian Wild, 23, of School Road in Hanbury, pleaded guilty to manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility.

The body of Karen Wild, 42, was found at her house, also on School Road, on 30 January 2014.

At Birmingham Crown Court, Wild was detained under a hospital order at Reaside Clinic, in the city.
