Hereford stabbing: Man in court charged with attempted murder
A man has appeared in court charged with attempted murder following a stabbing near his home.
A 51-year-old man was left in a serious but stable condition after he was knifed in his car in Cusop Close, Hereford, at about 18:45 BST on Sunday.
Thomas Newman, 20, of Cusop Close, was remanded in custody by Hereford magistrates, to appear at Worcester Crown Court on 13 June.
He also faces two counts of threatening a person with an offensive weapon.
