Kidderminster man charged after axe and knife arrest
A man has been charged with three counts of possessing a bladed article in a public place.
Daniel Bebb-Jones, 23, was arrested by anti-terror police near an Army reserve centre on Sunday night in possession of knives and an axe.
Police say there are not believed to be any links to terrorism.
Mr Bebb-Jones, from Merton Close, Kidderminster, will appear before Redditch Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
