Events and attractions
Travel back to medieval England at Sewerby Hall, near Bridlington. The hall's gardens play host to jousting knights and archery on Sunday 24th April.
Water's Edge Country Park in Barton-upon-Humber is holding a three-day Easter crafts fair. Stalls will be selling a variety of food and other items from Saturday 23 to Monday 25 April
A chance to relive the golden age of US motoring as Fort Paull holds an American car rally on Sunday 24 April. Enthusiasts will be displaying lovingly restored vehicles from the last few decades.
Wrawby Mill, near Brigg will be open on Monday 25 April. An Easter egg hunt and a chance to take a tour of the last remaining post mill in the north of England
Bridlington's historic Old Town area is combining Easter and royal wedding celebrations with a day of activities on Monday 25 April.
Burton Constable Hall, near Skirlaugh, plays host to an Easter Egg trail on Sunday 24 April. The magnificent house and gardens have just opened for the summer season. Follow a special trail through the rolling parkland.
Burton Agnes Hall, near Driffiield, is also offering an Easter egg hunt on Sunday 24 and Monday 25 April.
Theatre and Concerts
Hull Truck Theatre is staging Alan Bennett's The Lady in the Van. Starring Nichola McAuliffe, the play tells the true story on an eccentric woman who took up residence in a van in the playwright's garden.
Beverley Chamber Choir and Orchestra will hold a Good Friday concert at the historic St Mary's Church in Beverley. They will be performing by JS Bach's Saint John Passion. The concert starts at 19:30.
