An East Yorkshire haulage firm has gone into administration, with the loss of more than 100 jobs.

Family business A R Lunn Transport, based on Hedon Road in Hull, had transported containers to and from major ports in the UK since 1983.

Administrator Price Waterhouse Coopers confirmed that 115 jobs would be lost.

The firm, with a fleet of articulated trucks, was based on a 7.5-acre site near the Rotterdam and Zebrugge ferry terminal.
