Dale Partington death: Man remanded in custody
A 37-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murder of Dale Partington, who was found stabbed outside a house in East Yorkshire.
The 27-year-old brick layer was found dead on St Lawrence Avenue, Snaith, near Goole, at 08:00 GMT on Sunday.
At a hearing at Beverley Magistrates' Court, Leon Rushworth of Chestnut Close, Snaith, was remanded to appear before Hull Crown Court on Friday.
Mr Partington's parents have paid tribute to their son.
His mother Julie said: "Dale was an extremely kind hearted and lovable son.
"His family were everything to him, always making us smile, laugh and generally being full of joy."
His father Jimmy added: "Dale was not just my son but my best friend.
"The sorrow and emptiness our family feel is unbearable, we are utterly devastated."
Humberside Police said a 25-year-old man and a woman, 46, arrested on suspicion of murder and perverting the course of justice have been released on police bail until January 2013, pending further enquiries.
