Scunthorpe murder case: Margaret Tate named as victim

A woman found dead at a house in Scunthorpe has been named by police.

The body of Margaret Tate, 63, was found at a property in Frodingham Road on Sunday.

Michael Tate, 72, also of Frodingham Road, has been charged with her murder. Police have not confirmed the details of their relationship.

Mr Tate appeared appeared at Scunthorpe Magistrates Court earlier where he was remanded in custody to appear at Hull Crown Court on Friday.
